I didn't see any reviews from Tyndall so I took it upon myself to "toot our
own horn". The flight kitchen, Eagle Quick Turn, is located directly behind
base ops and flight meals are available from 0500-1930 on weekdays and by
appointment on the weekends/holidays. Base ops has our stand-by roster and
we can be reached for emergency situations like divertions, which happens a
lot, especially in the warmer months. I think the white beaches and spring break has a way of making maintenance problems develop.

The meal looks good! I just hope that's what gets delivered to the jet. Of course, Peterson's meals looked good on paper, but when we ordered them last month we were told they operate on banker's hours and the crew was S.O.L. with a 2am alert (and an 11-hour flight ahead of us).
